- IHisabella hernandezMar 28, 20265.0Me and my boyfriend had a good experience living here in 2023-2024. It was a good first apartment and had no troubles! Tiffany was very sweet and nice. She always had a smile the times we’d see her around. The only reason we moved was to be closer to family, otherwise I think we would definitely still be there.
- ALannay lopezFeb 28, 20251.0If I could rate 0 stars I would ! Trust me, this place is so dirty DO NOT MOVE HERE. They have roaches🪳 & mold they don’t come clean it ! You have to keep telling them and they won’t come. worst place ever, move here if you want roaches in your kitchen 😂 I got a letter in the mail of a bill that I shouldn’t even have. Trying to charge me over 1,300+ for no reason.
- JJJordonSep 17, 20221.0Do not rent from them. Management won’t return your calls so you have to catch them when they aren’t busy. It took me 5 months to get my security deposit back and they charged me $160 to paint roughly a section of the wall that was 2 inches wide and 5 feet long. They charged more in the cleaning fee than what they told me they would. In the summer my sliding door was absolutely covered in boxelder bugs and would get into the apartment. They said they don’t spray for them because they are gone in about a week or two but they lasted over a month. If I could give less than one star I would. Worst place I’ve ever lived.
