  Do you want to rent from an apartment complex that is ACTIVELY BREAKING THE LAW? This apartment complex is BREAKING THE LAW and charging residents TWENTY DOLLARS EXTRA a month on top of normal water usage because of it. Management sent an email after residents complained about increased water bills in the summer (see picture of email as well) and I directly quote them: “Water usage throughout the property typically increases during the summer months. This can be due to several factors, including filling and maintaining the pools, watering landscaping and plants, and other seasonal water usage throughout the community. Stonebridge does cover a portion of the water used in the common areas; however, a portion of the property's overall water usage is also included in the utility costs allocated to residents. Because of this, increases in water consumption throughout the property can have an impact on resident water bills.” The law they are BREAKING is MN 504B.216 which states “A landlord must not charge any tenant for water and sewer usage in common areas; in spaces used exclusively or primarily by the landlord; in vacant units; for maintenance of the property; or for shared amenities, including but not limited to laundry facilities and pools.” EVERY RESIDENT NEEDS TO BE REFUNDED! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

  Well I was thinking and looking forward to moving to Victoria Park. But from reading the reviews I don't think I will. I'm not trying to get out of one bad building to go rent another. Well will keep on looking. Thank you to the people who wrote the reviews to let us know how bad the place is NOT SAFE to live

  The apartments are very quiet. I only hear my neighbors when they are in the hallway. Aside from uppity teenagers and anxious collage kids, the residents are quiet working people. There are the occasional annoying humans who don't understand that this is a shared building and we all have to work together to make it work. I'm sure that moving out will be a headache and they will try to get our deposit, but if you've rented before you should know what to look for and what to clean and repair. This is not a long term solution but it is a very good solution and a safe place to live. Public storage near by. A great co-op in walking distance. Perfect for pets and a dog playground. Give it a look.
