I would not recommend this place. The office staff don't enforce the pool rules we can never enjoy the pool for the summer. It's always residents out at the pool with jogging suits on full pants shirts in the pool.office staff sits in office and do nothing. The hallways are always nasty people allow their kids to do anything a lot of kids throw rocks in the pool The first thing they want to do is close the pool and never get it fixed and until next summer. The same thing happens again they cater to one demographic of people and it's always an excuse. Not sure if they get federal funding for this but I feel like this needs to be looked into because we can never enjoy the summer

Question about parking fees.
I have read that Dominium gets tax breaks across the country when building these affordable housing properties and in many, the parking lot is often included due to that tax break dominum was awarded, so whereas the LOT FEE to PARK is NOT supposed to be charged, yet I am reading of people being charged 60 to 120 a month. If this is so, the people being used here are low income whites and minorities, as well as seniors. So I think it fair to ask you the following...
Is Union Flats Apartments supposed to be charging such fees?
