  0/10 recommend . Roaches infested all over apartments etc, super dirty. Didnt get NO money back for the traumatic experience I had, had to throw all my belongings away and my dogs and daughter had to sit in an apartment infested with roaches all over in every room. Lost all my money and belongings from this place. The least thing they could do was give me back my deposit or the rent difference I had to pay living there but I got NOTHING & lost all my stuff.

  Question about parking fees. I have read that Dominium gets tax breaks across the country when building these affordable housing properties and in many, the parking lot is often included due to that tax break dominum was awarded, so whereas the LOT FEE to PARK is NOT supposed to be charged, yet I am reading of people being charged 60 to 120 a month. If this is so, the people being used here are low income whites and minorities, as well as seniors. So I think it fair to ask you the following... Is Union Flats Apartments supposed to be charging such fees?

  I really need this apartment ,unfortunately those comments are so scary 😩😩😩 specially the towing 😳 I can handle everything but not towing
