  I recently moved in to The Mason and am excited to share my thoughts! The leasing office team replies very quickly and goes above and beyond when addressing your needs. Cody and Juliet helped me out during the leasing process and were transparent about availability, pricing, and promotion eligibility. Any information that is not stated directly in the lease was shared with me upon move-in. The apartment is in great condition - especially considering how quickly they must be turning around units here. All appliances, fixtures, and outlets were functioning perfectly. A move-in folder with community policies and flyers/coupons was provided in the unit. I was also provided a lengthy move-in inspection form which I could thoroughly report pre-existing damages on. The amenities are well-kept, as well as the hallways, elevators, and mailroom/package room spaces. It's clear that their maintenance team and cleaners work hard to keep the complex looking nice. My experience has been nothing short of amazing so far. I cannot wait to explore more of what The Mason has to offer!

  I was INCREDIBALLY blown away! I had never seen such a powerfully upscale place with your BIKE ROOMS and artist room and the IMMENSE patio areas! I just wish and wish I ad been more eligible to live there. Thank you to Juliette for her INCREDIBLE kindness! your place is such a HUGE change form the way your street looked like when I was living over in that same neighborhood in 2016. I hope juliette has overcome her shoe and foot mishap. Kara

  Carolyn, who helps with maintenance and requests, is fantastic and so is the entire team. Despite the usual amount of management staff turnover that one expect anywhere, Bader has done well in filling those roles. -Resident since late 2022

  Leasing and move-in experience has been wonderful. My dishwasher was clogged and they fixed it within an hour of my request.

  Worked with Cody when we were looking for a new place. He is fantastic to work with and we talk regularly still. He listened to what we wanted/needed and he was able to find us a great apartment. Been at the mason for 8 months and couldn’t be happier. They have brands come in for promotions and they provide food/drinks and the mason itself puts on events as well. Have never had a single complaint. Amenities are top tier and it’s a reasonable price for what you are getting. I have one friend moving in and plan to get more people to move in with how good our experience has been! Not to mention how clean the lobby/amenities are. They have cleaners in just about everyday that I have seen. Highly suggest living here!
