- EBElsa Buyck2 days ago3.0We have had a relatively decent experience here minus a few instances. Upon move-in the carpet was not vacuumed or replaced and was very dirty. I ended up washing it with a rented carpet cleaner. The other instance was when I requested to have the deadbolt replaced after misplacing a key. The office said that maintenance would contact me separately to setup a good time to replace the deadbolt and to get the new keys. HOWEVER I was never contacted by maintenance and they replaced the deadbolt without telling us, while we were not home, thus locking us out of our apartment. They left no note and no email about how we could get our keys and the office was closed by the time we got home. Emergency maintenance was responsive, but does not reside on site so it still took a few hours to get back in our home. We were very angry and disappointed by this interaction.
- LGLeah GranstromFeb 1, 20264.0Great experience overall. Maintenance is wonderful and quick with fixes. Only complaint is they used to plow and shovel early and well done, but this year sidewalks and lots have hardly been plowed or shoveled at all.

- ZCZach CooperJan 8, 20265.0Jr and Paul the maintenance technicians always takes care of our needs and goes out of there way to see the job done. The Apartment administration team Millie and lillie prompt and very professional. Very polite and friendly staff.
