Welcome to the newly remodeled Terra Pointe Apartments. In 2016 our community underwent a complete “space lift”! We modernized all of our amenity areas and several of our apartments. Our new look, feel and layouts offer more space and better meet the needs of our active residents. We invite you to contact our leasing office and schedule a time to come tour our new “spaces” – our modern look and feel is definitely worth considering as you search for your new home.
PS. Make sure you tour our pooch friendly “spaces” as well; there’s no reason they need to “ruff” it, here at Terra Pointe!

- BSBridget SosaMay 28, 20262.0Been living here since 2023- it was pretty good at first, the first month upstairs had a flood they came and added big fans and never fixed my carpet and broke my window shade things- i had to put in a request to be fixed then i had pluming issues, never any hot water around 520 pm in my shower. issues with my neighbor upstairs and their dirty balcony, tooth picks and trash are always on my outdoor furniture- my lease ends at the end of the month and i have been calling and emailing them for a week in a half about my move out time and absolutely no response. Glad i am leaving it just keeps declining.

The management is incredible, especially Sara, who is hands down the best manager she is always on top of everything. The maintenance team is extremely attentive and efficient, and the office staff are wonderful, always so helpful and ready to assist you. As for the negative reviews on here, they most likely come from people who just don't like following policies or who enjoy being problematic. To anyone looking at this community, let me tell you that this is a great place to live. All the neighbors treat each other well, and we don't care for drama. We actually enjoy following the rules and keeping this a great place to live. We love it here! I'm still saying Roe you are the best!!

They said that I owed them money after an inspection, and I left a money order for the cash in their mail slot. Months later I got a collection notice. They said they didn't receive it, even though I sent them a screenshot of the code I used to pay it. Aside from that, constant noise, constant fire drills, and the garbage and recycling gets full every week. Avoid at all costs.
