  Unprofessional management. Absent most of the time and not respecting their own posted service hours sign at the office door. really disappointing staff.

  Apartment itself is nice. Have not had problems with neighbors or other tenants. The problem comes in dealing with the people who work in the office and the apartment manager, Tiffany. I had a package that was marked as delivered but I was not able to find. I’ve talked to several people in the office and asked a simple question of reviewing the security footage to determine if the delivery had been made. That was over 2 weeks ago now and my problem is still yet to be resolved. This is incredibly frustrating as living in an apartment you would expect them to actively want to help out. It’s like these people have better things to do with their time and don’t care about how items are delivered at their building. The worst experience I have ever had dealing with apartment managers. Be warned if you move here that if there is a problem, good luck getting it fixed.
