If you’re searching for a place to live, based on my experience there and the warmth Maria brought to the interaction, Mears Park Place would absolutely be worth considering. 💯

They have a nice secure package room when delivery people know where it is and how to access it. The building is older so it is actually well built, I couldn't hear my neighbors the walls were solid. The staff were always very friendly and attentive at the front office. Any issues were quickly fixed by maintenance. The common area, and pool were fine, they also have a sauna and it was great to have access to the courtyard. I would lease here again for sure.

The management takes great care of this property. The halls are clean even on the weekends! I am in love with my apartment. I feel like I got my moneys worth and more. I just moved in a month ago and so many of my neighbors have been so kind and welcoming. I’m excited to use the amenities. ALSO office staff are so attentive and kind! I had the pleasure of working with Maria for my move in and she made things so easy and has been so helpful.
- MWmarcy whitJun 5, 20263.0bigos is great, they are very attentive to your needs and make renting easy. i like my apartment, i like the building for the most part. unfortunately, if you are a young single female, i do not recommend this complex. it feels like there is above average amount of men who feel comfortable asserting themselves into your day to day. it’s gotten to the point where i don’t feel comfortable going to the gym alone later in the evening. i also had things stolen from the laundry room :(
