Most recently, Lillie (Manager) spent nearly two hours scrubbing surveillance footage for my lost keys (found them -- a squirrel carried them off), and Junior (Maintenance Tech) came in for a minor sink leak and took the time to fully replace a wearing pipe system -- *and* switched out our faucet that had water pressure issues -- in no time. Future tenants should feel good about the property team here.
