  I loved living here. As a disabled person I cannot say enough about how accommodating the leasing agent Ginger was. I had to move because I got approved for public housing which is better for me. Things I miss…The Adams family pinball machine free plays, Caribou Coffee in the mornings, poop bags for my service dog, living across the street from a beautiful park, living close to two dog parks, also a working ice maker and laundry in unit were perks that I seriously enjoyed. Most of all I cannot say enough about Ginger who works above and beyond her duties, she helped me print all the paperwork I needed to apply for the benefits I needed when we moved. She also made it feel like she was family and that is very special. Also they fix everything right away. The maintenance is great. Also to the janitorial staff thanks for keeping this building nice and clean. They also gave me a welcome swag bag with useful things like dish soap and paper towels plus a swag bag for my dog with treats and a water bowl. Very thoughtful and nice. If I become successful after college and make too much money for benefits I may just move back in.

  We love living here! Ginger is very helpful and friendly. It's safe and clean. Maintenance acts fast to fix any issue that may come up. Highly recommend!

  Ginger & Anita are AMAZING! Our tour was lead by Ginger, who is absolutely outstanding! I’d be lying if I said Ginger wasn’t a factor in our decision on picking our new home. She goes completely above and beyond, and yet somehow makes it look so simple! Both Ginger and Anita are SO personable and fun, yet professional. I could not ask for a better representation of the place I call home. My partner and I have been absolutely loving the Lowertown Lofts so far. Our move in process was BLISS, thanks to the easy setup in back with the lift & freight elevator. Common spaces and general cleanliness of the building have been spectacular. Truly, no complaints. Huge thank you to the team! I am extremely impressed!

  Moving here from my hometown was my first cross-country move, and my first time in MN. The staff made the process smooth--I was able to get all the paperwork signed and moved in with no problem! They're also super friendly and were great about pointing me towards interesting things to do in my new home. The building is beautiful and well-maintained. I also like how well insulated the walls are, which is great for both my utility bills and keeps the building nice and quiet. The best rental experience I've ever had!
