I’d be lying if I said Ginger wasn’t a factor in our decision on picking our new home. She goes completely above and beyond, and yet somehow makes it look so simple! Both Ginger and Anita are SO personable and fun, yet professional. I could not ask for a better representation of the place I call home. My partner and I have been absolutely loving the Lowertown Lofts so far. Our move in process was BLISS, thanks to the easy setup in back with the lift & freight elevator. Common spaces and general cleanliness of the building have been spectacular. Truly, no complaints. Huge thank you to the team! I am extremely impressed!

The staff made the process smooth--I was able to get all the paperwork signed and moved in with no problem! They're also super friendly and were great about pointing me towards interesting things to do in my new home. The building is beautiful and well-maintained. I also like how well insulated the walls are, which is great for both my utility bills and keeps the building nice and quiet. The best rental experience I've ever had!
