  The units and amenities are great but management detracts value from it. They've ignored a maintenance issue in my apartment for weeks. They've ignored a neighbor filling our apartment with cigarette odors the entire time we've lived here, since March 2025. They have no courtesy. They don't disclose expenses up front when you move in or transfer, until you've already signed the lease. They'll tell you the day before or at key pickup when you're on the spot, and then treat you like an idiot for not understanding where these expenses are coming from. Every time I speak with them, they greet me with an attitude that ranges from couldn't care less to high school mean girl smugness. The only one who actually seems competent and invested in providing a positive tenant experience is Shauna Colbeth. You can find great places to live in St Paul for the same price point under proper management. There's no sense in paying up to a third of your income just to be disrespected.

  I lived here for two years from 2023-2025 and it's hands down the best home I've ever had (and probably will ever live in)! Our apartment (in Sibley Towers) was south and west facing with great views and plenty of sunlight all day long. The amenities were modern and the few times we faced any issues, the maintenance team would promptly respond to fix them. Their common areas, gym, and (two!) pools and hot tubs, as well as the sky rec center are rare luxuries to find at such affordable price points. It's also perfectly located, with Mears Park, restaurants, bus stops, and Union Station within a block from the apartment. The leasing team has always been extremely thoughtful and went the extra mile for me -- be it organizing remote viewing tours, reminding me to discontinue my autopay in the last month, checking in about my forwarding address after I had left. They genuinely seem to find great people. I miss Galtier Towers often and would strongly recommend anyone considering this place.

  I don’t understand the reviews stating that their neighbors listen to them¿ The walls are concrete. You might be able to hear via the hallways, but that’s with any apartment complex.
