Priscille and Chris are great. All the folks on the management team have warm, friendly manner. The touring experience was awesome. Very thorough and didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. Move-in was easy. No problems so far with maintenance requests. Love the building. The amenities are nice. There's lots of cozy places you can go sit and enjoy the view or get a change of scenery for a while throughout the building. Dog-friendliness is definitely a prominent feature of the space but as a dog-owner that's a pro for me! Surprisingly quiet in the building once the doors close. The sound-proofing is real good. The location close to the bridge makes going into West St Paul for shopping so convenient. The parking situation at the building is good for the price, which is competitive compared to both contract parking and actually cheaper than other apartments complexes nearby that had much less in the way of security. All around lots to like here.

I Love this place! My experience has been top notch. Its nice and quiet even though im off the elevators and have a patio its still quiet. Love the atmosphere!

I toured and in no way is this a 5 star building. No concierge, bad paint job throughout. Pickle ball court literally is untreated drywall. Penthouse had old and worn appliances. Stainless steel appliances were scratched and dented. The one saving grace was that the party room was extremely well kept. Asking 4500 a month is insane for the low quality. Leasing also never answers the phone so that should be a red flag. No security guard in a very shady area. If management steps the game up it has great potential. Extremely overpriced at this point

I want to start by saying this is the best tour i’ve ever experienced in my life. Priscile met me after I asked for a walk in tour. she took her time, was so knowledgeable, got to know me and my needs (which aren’t easy to meet) and the team was amazing! (i apologize i forgot the two gentlemen’s names) nonetheless I chose a different place to reside just due to being a little closer to my family but I would 1000/10 recommend living here it would absolutely be worth it. thank you all again <3

Tracy responded immediately and was able to fix our AC issue. He even called us later in the evening to make sure we were ok. Tracy has always provided exceptional service.
