The building itself is made out of top quality materials (does not feel/ look like a typical "apartment building") and it is maintained extremely well by the management team. Any time I had a question the front office was helpful, responsive and kind. Along with the beautiful building and awesome management, the location is hard to beat!!! My roommate and I miss our quick walks to Whole Foods and Lake Calhoun. Overall, amazing building and I highly recommend!
