  I've been living in Park Towers for 2 years, and just re-signed for another year. It's been absolutely wonderful living here! Management and maintenance are incredibly attentive, reliable, responsive, and friendly. Communication has been incredible from the staff throughout the entire time I've lived here. The apartments are spacious and get great lighting, and the property is well-maintained and clean. The neighborhood is quiet but lively, and I love living next to the small park that offers great green space.

  Really enjoyed my time at Park Towers. Great staff, maintenance was always prompt & professional, and the location couldn’t be more ideal.

  Management is responsive and maintenance is quick. The apartments are good price for size as well. The community events they host are also fun. Amenities are good and well-kept. My only gripe is with accessibility since it is very difficult to get in and out if you have strollers, wagons, carts, wheelchairs, etc. Also laundry is a downside since it is often out-of-order and the dryers are not great at actually drying. I have lived here for almost 2 years and I overall would recommend this place.

  I lived here for a year and it is a fantastic place. The apartments are huge and super sound proof. I do wish the floor plans were more open but it is an older building and still in really good shape. Management is really helpful and the maintenance guy is awesome. Guest parking in the lot is a challenge but there is a plenty of parking around the building.

  Terrible. Maybe if you're a college kid Park Towers is ok, but otherwise this place is a dump. Each floor smells like a different kind of crap. Laundry machines on the top floor and you have to refill your laundry card in a completely different tower. Management is beyond useless. We put in a request to fix our heating (because it wasn't working), they sent a guy who apparently needed a different part, then we never heard from him again. We put in another request and nobody even responded, so we went all winter without heat. Parking is an absolute joke!! Impossible if you want to have a guest stay over and they tow people like Nazis. On top of that, the stupid renters office is open from like 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. - so when you get towed (don't worry, you will) you'll have no idea where your car is. The pool is either always closed for maintenance or it's disgusting.
