- GAGrace AndersonSep 14, 20263.0I moved in about three years ago and like the place for the most part. The place has declined over the last years but the rent has increased. I like the old building because of the thick walls and my apartment specially but there are some issues. There are children that run the hallways like it’s a playground, maintenance is lacking, cleanliness as declined, and staff can be rude.
- PPPinkieApr 29, 20255.0Moved in a couple months ago and had some maitenance issues. I put in a service request and only a couple days later it was fixed! Jay, the maintenance worker, was very kind and incredibly helpful. What a great experience with the support here!
- DHDom HendriccsMay 16, 20245.0I have to say I’m highly satisfied with the customer service, hospitality , and rapid fast response with maintenance that park pointe provides unfortunately I had a mishap with my sons blanket and Miss Tori (The property manager) was not only on site ready to help me and it was near closing she replaced my sons blanket and it was more of a sentimental thing I was ecstatic the way she was understanding and very heart to heart while maintaining her professionalism is something they must teach leasing agents everywhere I am very much grateful to have park pointe as a home I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AND WILL BE RENEWING THANK YOU MISS TORI!!!!!!!!!
