  There was a break-in last night involving one resident entering another resident’s apartment. That same night multiple residents made statements that they had previously raised concerns about this individual and reported to management. Police were involved due to the seriousness of the incident. I am posting this to raise safety concerns. If management handles this situation properly, I am willing to remove this review. If not, it will remain as a warning for others to carefully consider their safety before choosing to live here. We are choosing to remain anonymous to avoid retaliation or being labeled a “problem tenant” for voicing legitimate community safety concerns. This is not a personal dispute, it is about the safety of the residents as a whole. Please note we and likely the tenants affected have already notified thw complex managemnt directly of the concerns. The automatic reply to send our concerns to mgmt is just an auto response.

  i was not notified prior to maintenance entering my unit for the second time , nor did they leave a notification on what they did fix . plus the property gives you one maintenance sheet to fill out with no copy of your own so you really don't know what was fixed or what wasn't . hopefully going forward business will be handled in a professional manner .
