  Dont rent here if you want major hassles with your vehicle. Era has a policy that will tow your vehicle with expired tabs. Although tabs have been purchased and are up to date I havent received them in the mail yet. They towed anyway per Era on Excelsior's request. Also the towing company only accepts cash and wont release vehicle until you have the physical tabs. Many illegal policies. Very bad people.

  The compliance team and leasing agents made it so hard for me when I applied. I don’t even feel welcomed I don’t even want to move to the apartments anymore. I’m reading the reviews and I see that the building is old and everything so I honestly don’t know why they try to make it seem like it’s luxury and make it so hard for a tenant to get into the apartment. I will be looking elsewhere and fighting to get my application fee back because nobody is applying and paying $50 for apartments for fun. They income restricted units shouldn’t require all that stuff for the rent only to be $1195. I told the leasing agent multiple times I just started my job so i didn’t have two bank statements for the compliance team and she still kept asking me for it and was so easy to just accept when I would ask can we just cancel the application. If you don’t even have intentions on me moving in why keep my application fee when I could get it back to find something better

  the maintenance guys came in, resolved all of my issues and questions and even help me deal with something that I could not lift! 10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend these guys every single time for maintenance issues at Era on Excelsior!!!

  What a great place to live! This complex is 30 minutes away from most everything this city has to offer. The staff is the most friendly, helpful and professional staff ever. I have lived here over a year and wouldn't live anywhere else. I'd you're looking or a place to live Coe check out Era.
