    Rent elsewhere! These apartments are for the head leaser to be 55+ the sub leaser 18+ and they let anyone under the age of 18 stay in the unit. With that being said, for it to be a senior apartment Rent goes up EVERY YEAR, once you put a work order in it takes half a year to get someone they don’t have a maintenance worker as each one that came left within months of being here. Noisy residents all time of the day and night , children running back and forth screaming jumping and yelling in the halls and in the units at the break of dawn they will stop for a couple hours then start back up at 7 am this happens everyday and night, when you reach out to management they turn a blind eye but will chase you down when rent is late by a day. They have just started reminding and emailing everyone that rent is due on the first I’m sure it’s partially because everyone is tired just as I am , I have recently seen a flux of moving trucks here recently where it appears people are leaving, I have been living here since it was built and all the people that moved in around the same time I didn’t are gone or planning to leave. THERe IS MORE.. This is supposed to be a substance free place but the smell of weed and cigarettes fills the hallways and the units I’ve seen people smoking on their balconies after they’ve sent out notices and other residents still continue to do it and management doesn’t care. Save your money and your peace because you won’t be able to relax like you should living in here. Not a long term stay if you need somewhere to stay for a short period of time go for it but anything past a year no. I and finally calling it quits and I’ve lived here for 5 going on 6 years. If old management was here such as Grant or Chantra was here I would still consider my stay but it appears once they left and Karen took over things have gone down hill . look up Dominium inc and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

    I moved in 5 months after it opened into a beautiful 2 bedroom with balcony; in suite washer and dryer provided; gourmet kitchen with granite top counter and all appliances. I love my space. I highly recommend ! There are some younger tenants but it is for age 55 so they might have young adult children. I have not found it to be a problem. I also like the diversity within our tenants community. There is a small park with a small fountain pond with ducks.. a gazebo.. and picnic tables. It is a “security” building /It has 2 elevators ( could use 3) We have a beautiful courtyard with a large screened in room ; a huge community room with fireplace -kitchen - etc; a exercise room; a theatre room; and a beauty shop ( but not always open).The building is very well maintained and cleaned. Management and maintenance are responsive and professional Except there is no management caretaker available in evenings after 4:30 OR on weekends. There is a 24 hour number to call for emergency needs. On a scale of 1-10 I rate it a high 8

    I went to the open house today. Very nice people, service was great. Super excited and, we are looking forward to our new journey .
