- KLKailee LabsMay 5, 20255.0I’m not one to leave a review but feel like this place deserves it. I lived here for a year in the main office building and had a great experience! I’m a single female, this was my first apartment alone, and they made me feel very welcomed and always were on top of the care of the unit and building. Melissa, Jennifer, and I cannot remember his name but the only maintenance man that cares for the buildings made living here very comfortable and I felt like any issues I had were handled promptly and efficiently. I moved for work but definitely would have continued to live here otherwise. Don’t let bad reviews scare you as any small maintenance requests were not taken lightly and the maintenance man is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Would 100% recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a budget friendly place that is clean, quiet, and has an amazing staff.

Whether we called, emailed, or left a message with any questions we had they took time to return our concerns as quickly as they could. Once we received our apartment they took time to show the units available & explained everything in detail about the moving in process. We appreciate that the new management made every effort to accommodate our needs. They also let us know that they are working diligently to upgrade the property and tenants concerns. Thank you Melissa, Jennifer, & staff for showing us great hospitality to the North Town Apartment Community. (:
