  Great apartment community with friendly staff and fast maintenance service. The property is clean, quiet, and well-managed, and the amenities are well maintained too. I’ve had a positive experience living here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable place to live.

  Beautiful apartment complex inside and outside, very cozy and comfortable for the Minnesota temperatures. The property manager, Miss Marissa is very kind and helpful. She also has a wonderful staff working with her. Also can get help fast and easy with any necessary maintenance. The amenities are really good; Open gym with lots of machines to work out with and spacious; Great pool open during the summer time. A comfortable and spacious lounge as well as private booths for anyone to use and kitchen in the club house along with a pool table and other games that are great for kids. Have a TV available there too along with a coffee machine and tea for the residents. Also have a very nice playground for kids. If you’re looking for an apartment in Bloomington, you should definitely check out Audenn Apartments! It’s a lovely community around and the location is top tier. Ask for Miss Marissa she will get you in the apartment that you are looking for!

  I’ve been here for a couple years now and I can vouch that this is the best staff that’s been in the office for a while. There are cleaners that come through the building routinely, Nya is great at answering my questions and Lashaya always calls me back on the weekends even though I never expect it. My emails are always responded to quickly, maintenance has been excellent, and we’ve been loving the resident events! I see poor reviews about towing however the office is extremely communicative and they send out emails and notices for when cars need to be moved. We are so excited our apartment is getting a washer/dryer installed as well! Just want to give a shout out because they deserve it. Keep up the good work Audenn!

  Im not using my real email in fear of retaliation. Audenn (Bader Mgmt) does not care about the individual renters. They use fear tactics to "remind" renters of the rules but do nothing to enforce the ones breaking them. Packages get stolen on a consistent basis. In-wall AC units NEVER get cleaned or have any sort of routine maintenence. Mine has visible mold but they are more invested in installing in unit washer/dryers so they can raise the rent over $150 more per month. Last summer there was at LEAST two pool shut downs due to human feces contamination. Don't bother speaking to office management, they're more interested in neighbors narking on each other than having a positive living experience. This is just a small list of examples of why you should do yourself a favor and find literally anywhere else to rent.

  I scheduled a tour for this apartment about 2 weeks ago. I noticed when I was going back and forth to schedule that they have an AI bot handling all of their inquiries. I was really excited for the tour, but when I arrived yesterday at the scheduled time there was no one there a their office was totally empty. I try calling their number and emailing and get nothing back. This morning I called again and they said they were totally unaware of the tour and that the appointment was for “after hours” so I asked why their AI bot would allow me to schedule for a time they don’t allow. They said when you schedule with the bot to also give them a call (essentially making the AI a useless waste of time and resources). Honestly I think I dodged a bullet because looking through recent reviews, there’s tons of black mold & cockroach infestations. Management puts all the money into keeping the clubhouse nice rather than the actual residences. Additionally I noticed that most of the recent positive reviews are from other people who toured rather than actual residents. Also seem to have a lot of fake positive reviews written by bots. Glad I didn’t get tricked into signing anything based off other residents’ experiences!!
