  I have been living at Audenn apartments for 3 months and don't have a single complaint! The office staff are kind and the maintenance crew is incredible! We put in a few requests and they ALWAYS come out the following day and even text to coordinate when works best to stop by. Andrew our maintenance guy is always nice, respectful, and speedy! I am looking forward to continuing to live here for years to come!

  The elevator isn’t working and they didn’t tell us ahead of time. They said it would start working by the middle of this week, and it's still not working. Also, the apartment was not cleaned well. The kitchen counter had stains and the bathrooms as well. I had to ask to have someone reclean. Also, the apartment did not look like the one I was shown on my tour. The fridge was not stainless steel and the kitchen sinnk an newer one and not the same as the one I was shown. I did feel catfished. I also paid for storage space in the garage and when I went to look at my assigned space it had things in it.

  Seems like it would be a nice place but BEWARE. They will drain you of money right up until the very end. Make sure you get copies of everything you sign and take pictures upon move-in. The apartment was dirty when we moved in, without a working stove. The heating vents were broken, thermostat not working, etc. Says it’s a no-smoking facility, which is part of why we wanted to live there, but hallways constantly smell like weed, with one even setting off the fire alarm at 4:20am lol. People leave their trash everywhere, almost constant flow of trashed furniture etc on the side of the driveways! The buildings themselves were always in need of repair, especially the laundry rooms. The tours show a nice apartment, which is not indicative of the actual apartment you get.

  I scheduled a virtual tour yesterday for today at 12:30, and I never got a call or a text. Being completely stood up for a scheduled appointment was a terrible first impression. Before my tour, I posted in the Bloomington community Facebook group and asked current and former residents about their experiences because I wanted to keep an open mind. I know everyone’s experience is different, but people shared photos, videos, and detailed accounts of what they experienced. And someone even commented while I was waiting for my tour to let me know there were multiple staff members in the office at that moment. That made the lack of communication even more disappointing. I did appreciate that the person I spoke with on the phone was informative and polite, so credit there. But after being stood up for the appointment and seeing that kind of feedback I’ve been rubbed the wrong way. First impressions matter, and this experience has me looking elsewhere.

  Lo peor de lo peor cero recomendable se roban los paquetes de adentro de la instalación la manager no ase absolutamente nada para corregir el problema no son capaces de poner una simple cámara al menos y si se les comunica lo Ocurrido dicen que no es su problema imagínate estar esperando algo médico y que te lo roben las lacras o estar esperando algo importante y se lo roben y la administración no ase nada para corregir ese error
