  Its a big complex, dont expect a personal experience. Lived there for two years and I never had a payment issue. One month my bank screwed up a transfer and my payment didnt go through. After that they disabled my online payments and I was forced to pay with cashier checks until I moved out. The place is decent but if you do have an issue, good luck with getting assistance.

  Been a long time resident and have seen many Management companies come and go...the most recent batch has consisted of younger personnel, who has definitely changed things around on a positive note. There is a lot more representation through social media and minimal communication...management and maintenance are providing lack of information shared and miscommunication between both parties. This has caused hardships as residents issues are getting misconstrued, thus trying to find other means to remedy a situation. Would like to see more improvements on the grounds and not in the buildings itself...there is options to fix up the pond area, room to put in an indoor pool/sauna/whirlpool and replacing trees that have been removed.

  This place is amazing, but a little too speedy for us to afford at the moment. Great atmosphere and excellent service from our tour guide! She explained everything so well.

  I love living here! The building is kept very clean and people are friendly. I moved from a true slumlord situation they weren’t even turning apartments when people move out anymore and zero maintenance to the building for years. I am very satisfied living hers . Love the laundry app so you can monitor if any washers are open and keep track of your loads.

  The time I spent at Audenn Apartments was splendid. This apartment community treated me very well, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live. During my stay there, they never towed my vehicle, and I had a positive experience overall. I am moving out because of internet issues and because my daughter wants to be closer to her dad. Otherwise, I truly enjoyed living here. If you’re considering Audenn Apartments, I believe it’s a great option. You can trust that you’ll be treated fairly, and it’s a place that can work well for your finances. I would recommend Audenn Apartments over and over again.Naya you are at the leasing office,please forgive me if i didn’t spell ya name correctly,you are the best 🥰
