This place is so bad i live here for 2 years. They have thin wall you can hear everything your neighbor doing and you can smell what they cooking too. You can hear them when they party and being loud. We have heat problems and you have to wait very long for hot water. Now they making us all pay extra for our house insurance. So they can use those money for maintenance or whatever. Staff is so rude like full rude with a attention. I dont know who keep calling me from the office but it always a rude and attention person calling me from the office. This is not professional at all. One of my neighbors keep parking near my car and always scratching my car. I report it but they never do anything about it and never even give me a reply back. This is not professional of them. They always say I am late on my payment when I am not. It just them who don't take out the money for that payment. They say it atuo pay but that a lie. You pay them today they wait until tomorrow or they just take it out when they want too. They still say your late on payment Blame you at fault when it them. The laundry room stuck. It does not wash my clothes properly. My clothes always been smelling or it not wash thoroughly. The dry stuck too. It does not dry my clothes properly. I always have to dry my clothes more then onec. Like I have to dry it like three time or two time for my clothes to dry. The piece to wash and dry is just not nessary at all. It just crazy that we pay this much to live here but we don't have our own washing machine and dryer. Which I find it crazy. If I am paying that much for this apartment. I should have my own washer and dryer in my apartment.

Hallways smell terrible, other tenants are stand-offish. Other tenants are constantly smoking weed and cigarettes in their units despite complaining to the office multiple times. People drive ridiculously fast in the parking lot despite families and kids walking or riding their bikes between buildings. Literal trash is often left in the common areas. Someone’s puppy barks, without stopping, all day and smoke detectors beeping constantly due to the batteries being dead. On more than one occasion, maintenance has parked in front of my car in the garage and it actually resulted in body damage to my vehicle because I had no choice but to try and squeeze out. Overpriced for how low quality and out-dated everything is. Was told in writing TWICE that the office may bring someone to our apartment to tour without an 24 hour notice after we put in our notice to vacate. For some reason I can’t post pictures of the damage to my vehicle, the trash in the hallways, and the notices of not properly giving notice of entry, but would be happy to provide them if needed.

I lived here for two years. The location was good and the price-value ratio was decent for the area. During the first year or so, I would have recommended it since management seemed good. Over time, though, I had some bad experiences with maintenance and management’s respect for safety that made me relieved to leave. Safety incidents: 1. The storage lockers in my building were broken into. I discovered this when I went to my locker and realized my lock had been cut off. Luckily, nothing was stolen from my locker but I’m sure if there was something valuable enough it would have been. When my roommate called the management office, they indicated that they had known for WEEKS that the incident occurred. We had not been notified, so our locker was left unprotected during that whole time. 2. When a new lock was installed on the front door of the building, it was installed incorrectly and did not work so anyone could access the building without a key fob. I called the emergency maintenance line to report this since it was around 6pm on a Friday. I never received any response, but apparently they fixed it sometime the next day because I checked the next evening and it was locking again. Maintenance incidents: 1. The fridge unit was a fairly cheap/old model and could not hold its cold temperature. On multiple occasions, the freezer became too warm and food had to be thrown out. When the maintenance person (Leo) came, he did not realize my roommate was present so he came in swearing and complaining about how much he hated the residents. To be fair, this was at the beginning of the pandemic so we did have a couple trash bags by the front door that we hadn’t brought downstairs yet, which is probably what he was annoyed by. Leo opened the fridge, did not check the temperature with any device, and did not take any action. He left a note that we should only fill the freezer and fridge half full to avoid overheating. Well, the freezer already being small and continuing to have issues even with only a few items in it, we eventually bought a separate freezer to avoid calling maintenance again. 2. The turning nob on the living room shades stopped working so we submitted a maintenance ticket. Leo came with a helper and again was unprofessional. He yelled at his coworker and they scratched up the wall while replacing the mechanism.
