  I have recently been a resident of Riva Ridge Apartments in Shakopee, MN. While my time there was limited, I can definitely say that it was quality time. Riva Ridge is a well maintained, very affordable and a decent place to live. Ryan Callahan and the entire staff at Riva Ridge work tirelessly to ensure that all of the residents have a positive, safe and comfortable time at Riva Ridge. I live with a disability and I can say that Ryan and his staff made every accommodation that I requested of them. And they did so with a smile. I felt very welcome and safe at Riva Ridge. It is my pleasure to recommend Riva Ridge to anyone looking for a great place to call home. Give Ryan Callahan a call and he’ll take great care of you and your family.

  I've never had a urge to write a review but I love it here! We have a 2 bed,1 bath and it's just perfect for me and my husband. Management people are really nice and the maintenance guy is friendly too.Our maintenance requests (rarely had any issue) have all got done within a day or two. Property Manager is sweet and always on toes to help out. Building layout is decent and pleasant people in the neighborhood.Above and beyond, I highly recommend this property.
