  I had an excellent experience working with Megan, my contracting agent, during my apartment search. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different floor plans, amenities, lease options, and all of the associated costs. She was always quick to respond to my questions and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which made the process much less stressful. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected change in the sale of my home, I wasn’t able to move forward with leasing at this time. That had nothing to do with Megan or The Murphy. Throughout the entire process, she remained professional, patient, and genuinely helpful as she explored different options to accommodate my changing timeline. If my circumstances had remained the same, I would have been very happy to lease at The Murphy, and Megan’s outstanding customer service was a big reason why. I highly recommend working with her if you’re considering The Murphy.

  The Murphy is under great management! We went to tour an apartment a little after business hours, and Tai was kind enough to stay late so my fiancé could join us. She was wonderful throughout the entire process and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Sabrina, the property manager, was also fantastic. She called to let me know everything I would need to have ready before moving in and answered all of my questions. This was my first time handling all of the move-in details on my own since my fiancé usually takes care of them, but Sabrina and Tai made the entire experience feel easy and stress free. Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond made a great first impression. I highly recommend The Murphy to anyone looking for a place to call home.

  We’ve had an excellent experience working with Megan E while getting our lease and setup handled! It is nice to have help while prepping for a change in life. Excited and grateful for her guidance! Looking towards some fun at the Murphy!

  Love the building. Outdoor furniture was installed and looks amazing! The outdoor deck has an amazing view and the property manager Sabrina is friendly and on top of everything. Would recommend!

  Smell almost like a new car in here but the fragrance can be subjective. If only there were more entries.
