  Going into my third lease coming up and overall I enjoy living here. The leasing office is easy to work with and maintenance is always on top of any work orders. They have cleaners for the hall-ways weekly. The garage space is amazing for storing holiday items and the unit itself has good storage space. The lights were changed in the parking lot for safety. They were extremely dark before and to be honest it doesn’t bother us at all while we sleep. The blinds do a pretty good job at keeping the light out. The parking lot is maintained well, even in winter. Their car permit parking is stated very clear in your lease and you also get a free visitor pass for night for anyone staying over. If they are plowing or doing work they always post days in advance so the heads up is nice. Of course I wish there was central air and in unit laundry but you know what you sign up for prior to move in and obviously it’s doable if I’m going onto my third lease. Lastly, I have never had any problems with noise or neighbors which makes living here even more enjoyable. Everyone is kind and respects another.

  If you have an issue and your living here the staff that works this property will make sure it gets handled. The staff is kind and the maintenance team is incredibly good. Highly recommend this place to others.

  We have lived here a long time and have been very happy here. Any maintenance issues have been dealt with in a timely manner. Bethany and her team are great, making living here a positive experience. The only issue...the new parking lot lights are too bright, I feel when I'm sitting on my patio that there is a spotlight on me...I understand the reason why.
