  I have honestly never experienced a more disgusting, negligent, and poorly managed apartment building in my life. Living here has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and the management company and maintenance staff should be embarrassed by the condition they allow this property to remain in. The maintenance team is unbelievably lazy and incompetent. Requests either get ignored completely or handled in the most careless way possible. Instead of actually solving problems, they do the bare minimum, make excuses, and act annoyed that tenants expect basic living conditions. The level of disrespect toward residents is unreal. What pushed things completely over the edge was when maintenance brought in a cabinet that was infested with cockroaches. After introducing pests into the apartment, management then tried to blame us and claim the issue had supposedly existed for “10 years.” Rather than taking responsibility for something THEY caused, they immediately jumped to lying and shifting blame onto tenants. It’s honestly disgusting behavior and shows exactly what kind of people run this building. The property itself feels filthy, neglected, and unsafe. Dogs constantly use the hallways as bathrooms, and management does nothing about it. There are homeless people sleeping in stairwells and wandering through the building because the so-called “controlled access” security is a complete joke. Doors are left unsecured, people get in without issue, and tenants are left to deal with the consequences. The parking garage that residents pay extra for is another disaster. Cars are broken into, windows get smashed, and management acts like it’s just something tenants should accept. Packages are stolen regularly as well, and again, nobody in the office seems to care enough to address it in any meaningful way. The most frustrating part of all of this is the attitude from staff and management. They avoid accountability at all costs, dismiss legitimate concerns, and treat residents like inconveniences instead of paying tenants. Every interaction feels like you’re dealing with people who genuinely do not care about the condition of the building or the safety of the people living there. This place is overpriced, poorly maintained, unsanitary, and completely mismanaged. If you value cleanliness, honesty, security, or basic professionalism, stay far away from this building. There are plenty of apartments in the city that actually respect their tenants — this is not one of them.

  Josh was very helpful in installing my repair request for a new microwave. I appreciated the timely repair. It’s nice to have a working microwave again

  Management never answers homeless people in the stairwell. people never pick up their dog poop. When I first moved here there was multiple cockroaches and centipedes crawling from the fire place and base boards, i would not recommend this place to move in.

  The hallways constantly reek of marijuana. There is shouting outside the windows until dawn. And on top of those neighbors, you get cockroaches and mice thrown in as a bonus!
