  Management is very discriminatory. I've attempted twice to apply at Sun Cliff and in both instances management went above and beyond to avoid scheduling me a showing for which I scheduled numerous times on the portal for apartments they had available each time management refused to confirm any of the touring times they had available. Mind you these attempts went on for weeks. Only to finally be contacted by the manager, asked several questions only to be told the apartments were no longer available. I've recently attempted to schedule again months later only to be met with the exact same results, brushed off and replied to asking am I available a particular date when I responded yes. They responded twice just this week alone, two separate dates and responses that they would be out of the office that date and then offer a different date. Only to respond that management is out of the office that date also. Again, This has happened simultaneously in just this week alone. It's been 2 weeks total that I've been attempting to apply. Management here either is AI, A Robo messaging system and online portal that the manager does not coordinate with or just lazy as hell. I personally think that the manager there has a personal issue with certain groups. Because there's absolutely no excuse for a manager and or property to make something as simple as applying for residency like I'm applying to Harvard. This is a shameful practice by management and it will definitely come back to haunt them.

  It hasn’t been less than a week since I’ve moved in and our kitchen sink has overflown with dirty used water….twice. No one was home the first time so my leather shoes were soaked and ruined. The bathroom tub is so fragile that it creaks loudly when standing on it, making it impossible to take a relaxing shower. There are multiple holes in the wall by the vents indicating a bad mice problem. They didn’t even have the decency to CLEAN our carpets before we moved in so we had to rent a cleaner ourselves and do the hard labor. To top all of this off, the walls are so thin that I can hear my neighbors talk, argue, and have intercourse. Worst decision I’ve ever made in my life. No matter how cheap the rent is, remember that it’s cheap for a reason. Invest in the place you can home if your able, and stay far, far, far away.

  Great place to live. Office staffs are really helpful. Living here for the past 2+ years finding everything better comparing the same budgeted apartments. The key facilities that make you amaze are controlled building access, party hall , heated underground parking, monitoring cameras, car wash, 24 hour emergency maintenance, inside Trash chutes, elevator access, tenant storage. It’s also pet friendly i got a chance to have parakeet in my home. The underground heated parking and trash chutes really going to help you all through Minnesota winter. Close access to cub foods, Dominos, Target, BP, planet fitness and dollar tree in sunray mall The fitness centre and BBQ grilling area - don’t expect more on this. Well designed floor plans with good spacious designs.. good closet space and a balcony will make you love to choose Suncliff
