  I like the building like the layout. The apartment is kind of small ain’t no tubs.

  The Leasing process was limited - nothing was explained. While staff had some answers, the staff shared very little information. 3 weeks and I am still awaiting a copy of my lease; the laundry card system was down prior to my leasing and was still inoperable this morning. Concern - the elderly and disabled that have no method of transportation are unable to wash their clothes because they cannot load funds on the cards. They need to Either have the machine fixed or replace it, enough now.

  I moved in on May 26th. I was shown washing machines on each floor. The laundry card I have is not usable because the machine is down to put money on it! I understand that a part is ordered but that is NOT my problem. My problem is washing personal laundry, sheets etc. I an NOT going to a laundromat as I am unfamiliar with the area and have no car. I would not recommend this place to anyone as staff is not informed on what is happening. I, however, love the staff. They are very attentive even if they are NOT informed. This is ridiculous!
