  Well I did go in and talk with a very nice lady, and her say I have to be 62 year's old to live there, so it was the beginning of this year like in march 2026 when I came to view Humboldt senior, so her say when I tune 62 year's old I can move in, thank you! From Delia Henry,

  Love it here, besides the fact that I amUnable to pay my rent, and I am getting late fees as a result of it. I was told I get a free month when I move in and I have not received it. I have still been charged and now they’re charging me late fees for the free month little confused, with no resolution as of today the apartment itself is OK. The maintenance guy is really nice. The apartment Building outside as well kept and inside as well kept I have really nice neighbors. Just need to figure out this rent situation. Please to be able to submit the update. I guess there was some glitch with the pay portal. Anyways they corrected everything on rent ledger as far as fees and rent and now everything is fabulous. I recommend Humboldt Sr apartment as long as you’re able to communicate with them on a positive level and be patient This is a great place to live.

  I’m not sure where to start. If the management was better, which I gather it used to be, it wouldn’t be a bad place to live. If you contact them regarding money coming to them, they’ll respond, otherwise, be prepared to spend your time trying catch them on-site, and even then, they are not interested in helping with anything, or making it a better place to live. Some examples: They owed me $ for a pet deposit, it was months before I received it, and I had to tell them I would contact the attorney general if they neglected to refund it. Still never received the interest, which is required for deposits. I asked the manager to work something out so I could move, due to safety concerns. His response: no…we never said it was safe. If something is broken or needs to be replaced, don’t bother calling…it won’t be repaired well, or replaced, because “they think it’s fine”. Heat and hot water have been out intermittently, sometimes for days. I could list much more, but you probably get the idea. Not recommended.
