I was told I get a free month when I move in and I have not received it. I have still been charged and now they’re charging me late fees for the free month little confused, with no resolution as of today the apartment itself is OK. The maintenance guy is really nice. The apartment Building outside as well kept and inside as well kept I have really nice neighbors. Just need to figure out this rent situation. Please to be able to submit the update. I guess there was some glitch with the pay portal. Anyways they corrected everything on rent ledger as far as fees and rent and now everything is fabulous. I recommend Humboldt Sr apartment as long as you’re able to communicate with them on a positive level and be patient This is a great place to live.
- FMFrank MarzitelliJan 29, 20265.0I really liked my last rental, however one evening coming home from work, I was attacked by a dog at my front door.. and on the day my social security replacement card arrived the locks on my mailbox were disassembled and reassembled backwards with the card stolen. When I arrived at the Humboldt I realized something; I could feel extra weight from stress from years of my prior rental experienced. I'm not suggesting the Humboldt is a better place.. what I am suggesting is with the management performance of Araceli Perez and others, I feel less weight assuring better footage for whatever the years before me may hold.. thank you Ms. Perez-Ochoa.
