  This establishment has a Contract with a towing company that is unprofessional. The towing company looks sketchy. They didn’t offer change. The customer service rep says he only makes $25 and won’t talk to anybody that has a concern because he don’t get paid for that. when picking up the vehicle and walking in there The establishment doesn’t even look like a professional establishment At all!! They Apartment complex has a little sign there and reads it will tow at owners expense when it should say That it will tow at any given minute this was a Saturday between 1-2 PM my daughter dropped off my nephew which is two years old to my niece that lives on the property and costing her $410 Which she is Currently paying student loans for her nursing degree. This is a money grab. I’m not sure if the apartment gets a fee but is ridiculous that you can’t utilize the parking lot during the day.. as this is a sketchy neighborhood, you should be able to utilize a parking lot that is safer than on street parking or this should be specified on the sign!! That’s why I am led to believe that there is a kickback somewhere. I would definitely rethink renting here as this apartment building does not care for your company and makes money off of them

  If you park your car in front of this property without permit it will be towed and you will pay $325 to get your vehicle no if’s or buts

  This place has the worst customer service I have ever witnessed! First why does it take two weeks before you could view the place ??? I tried calling this lame company for a straight week trying to get the time for my appointment that had been set , and the day of I finally get a call to say the apartment had been taken !!! So why would you tell a potential resident that you have ... I'm done blasting these poor excuses for customer service, YOU GIVE PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF IN CUSTOMER SERVICE A BAD NAME!!!
