  Bad management they don’t not help when u need it. They don’t fix things, when they need fixing. They don’t listen, when I ask for help they give me attitude they disrespectful.

  I made a police report back in March after my packages were stolen, and nothing was done about it. Since then, a few other deliveries that showed as delivered have also gone missing. At this point, there feels like there’s no reason to even go to the office because nothing is being done, and the camera footage is not being reviewed even though cameras are installed for situations like this. I’m also frustrated about my son’s car being towed even though it had a resident tag displayed. I spoke with the manager around 9:00 a.m., and he said he would contact the towing company. When I came back around noon, I was told the email “didn’t go through.” In the end, I had to go myself and pay $400 to get the car back. Residents should not be left dealing with these issues without proper action or follow-up from management.

  The apartment itself isn’t the problem it’s the mice. I woke up this morning to a mouse in my bed in my hair. This is so unacceptable and disgusting. The pest guy hasn’t came in months and all he does is put black boxes with poison in them it doesn’t work. Something needs to be done.

  Now of course the roaches and the mice are give huge backlash on this rating. I will say tho if they can fix the roach and mice situation. it's a pretty decent apartment to live in.
