- IUInformation UncodedJul 1, 20263.0Nice enough apartments but there are some issues. Lived here for 2 years, and had mouse problems for about 6 months of that time. staff is very fast to call an exterminator but to no avail. Eventually figured out that if you seal the hallway door the mice stay out. Also, the AI agent (Eddie) is not useful for some requests. Worked fine for regular non emergency maintenance but not for emergency issues. Ended up calling the emergency maintanance line and it just routes me to Eddie who says my emergency could wait until business hours (my door was unable to lock)

Mack Ibekwe at the front desk was amazing to work with—he stayed on top of everything, followed up consistently, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the process. The location is definitely a highlight. It’s close to all the places I frequent, which makes day-to-day life really convenient. I also appreciate some of the added perks, like trash pickup right from the front door—it’s a small thing that makes a big difference. The apartment itself is nice, though the price does feel a bit high for what you get. My main issue has been with the appliances, especially the washer and dryer—they’re outdated and unfortunately damaged a brand new comforter, which was really disappointing. Aside from that, everything else has been great so far. With a few updates to the appliances, this would easily be an excellent place to live.
