  I lived here for two years, and was planning on staying for four years but this apartment has driven me out. I’ve been in an apartment for 6 years now over three different buildings, and these last two years have been by far the worst experience out of any building I’ve lived in. It started with a mouse problem which was not solved by management. They would bring an exterminator in and they’d place a trap and that’d work for about a week, but then mice would be back shortly after. After about 6 months of living in mouse hell I decided to solve the problem myself. The apartment is completely invested with mice and they run the halls at night. If your door isn’t perfectly sealed they will come and go as they please at night. It wasn’t until I bought a product myself to seal the door off from the hallway that the problem was solved. Let’s move onto the pool. When considering moving here, just pretend the pool and hot tub don’t exist, because they will never be open(but you still get to pay rent priced as if you have one). They are always somehow shutdown or closed for maintenance, and sometimes it is for so long that it turns into a green cesspool which is disgusting. Now rapid fire problems, the floors are thin and any movement from an upstairs neighbor will sound like an elephant, and don't think you can escape frustrating upstairs neighbors by going to the quiet study room, because everyday one of the adjacent tenants to that room is blasting music and the place is shaking with bass (I’ve checked 5 separate times around 3-6 pm). The “secure” garage is not “secure” and if your car is unlocked it will be broken into. If your door lock on your apartment decides it doesn’t want to work it resorts to remaining open and unlock-able, and management doesn’t consider this an emergency, although your door cannot be locked and the “security” of the place is questionable at best. I cannot stand moving apartments so I stuck out the first year and was hoping it would be better the second year, but it has driven me so crazy being here that I need to leave and I am going to leave to a much nicer apartment. Interestingly with their new rent bumps this apartment is going to cost the same price as the new apartment I’m moving to which is soooo much nicer. Do not live here. Put in more work and find a different apartment, there are many out there. Management loves to respond to these reviews in such a positive light, and it just makes me angry when they do. Please do not respond to this review management.

  Nice enough apartments but there are some issues. Lived here for 2 years, and had mouse problems for about 6 months of that time. staff is very fast to call an exterminator but to no avail. Eventually figured out that if you seal the hallway door the mice stay out. Also, the AI agent (Eddie) is not useful for some requests. Worked fine for regular non emergency maintenance but not for emergency issues. Ended up calling the emergency maintanance line and it just routes me to Eddie who says my emergency could wait until business hours (my door was unable to lock)
