  The least accommodating, dirty, terribly managed place i have ever lived, if I could give it less stars I would. They wont help with anything, management is rude, they will do everything they can to try and tow your car (from the underground spot you pay for - sounds crazy because it is). I cannot recommend this place less. A card board box would be better

  If you are thinking about renting at Park plaza apartments I would think again!!! We lived there 7 months and it was 7 months of grief. Starting with The apartment looks nothing like the pictures when it came time to move in. Then there is the cockroache infestation right away when we moved in that they said was coming from the plumbing from other apartments. That same week, our plumbing backed up in our showers, sewer and all. It was disgusting and after they fixed it they told us we needed to clean it because it was our poop!! That happened five times in the 7 months we lived there. We also had no heat. We had kids that lived on our floor that were constantly playing with our door handle and making our dogs bark and would not stop even when we brought it to management's attention. Also it is supposed to be a security garage however my vehicle was broken into and stuff stolen out of it. I asked them to look at the security footage and even though my truck is right in front of the camera they said they couldn't find anything. Went down to the dumpsters one time and found two older men shooting up drugs. I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. Cockroaches never was taken care of correctly. We had them the whole time. I will say that the manager is a very nice woman and the maintenance man is very nice also. It's not their fault what went on in our apartment it's the owners.

  The apartment had a mold issue that resulted in the death of our cat. In addition, the neighbors had poisoned my dog by pouring antifreeze into a puddle in the parking lot.( there was no sign of a leak, as antifreeze has a rainbow effect and you can typically see a line where it originated from) we reported both incidents and very little was done about it. They put a cover over our air conditioner and did nothing about my dog. (Luckily the dog survived but I had to give her to my in-laws for her safety) additionally, we had to pay 3 additional months rent (without living there) because I didn't give written notice of our move. Otherwise the staff is friendly I just cannot excuse the issues. I wish I had a better experience.

  Rent is quite pricey but otherwise the apartment is spacious and clean. Love the area and its right by campus and the bus route. Underground garage, washer and dryers are available on site. Maintenance is supposedly 24/7 but it's not as efficient.
