  I literally would not recommend this place to anyone at all we lived here since Covid and it was good at first with the landlord before and then late last year they got some new changes new maintenance men and they were very rude we also got a roach infestation we contacted them and they only sprayed our house 2 times despite the roaches being there for 1 WHOLE YEAR the roaches got out off hand we reached out to the health department and everything and also the landlord got mad about it. The landlord is also controlling instead of them looking at our house for roaches they look in our rooms instead and told us we can’t have our beds sitting in a certain way which I don’t know what type of law that is to tell people who pay you guys rent to move the furniture around because u guys don’t like ittttt. And also after we moved they kept locking our door knowing we still had stuff in there they threw my mom $700 dollar carpet away and my brother 2k car wrap AWAY!!!!! They refuse to rice is our deposit and the only reason we moved was because they didn’t let us renew our lease and kicked us out overall I don’t recommend save ur money for a better landlord and better place this place was HORRIBLE thanks god we moved

  UPDATE: We won our lawsuit against this landlord for them towing our car back in January, so at least it’s located in a good court district. And no, they never replied after I sent an email in response to them replying to this review asking me to reach out. Controlling landlord with an annoying "notice on door" system. If you want to go on vacation you need to have a friend or family come check your door daily for "notices" or be in violation of your lease. They also change their resident handbook a lot, and if you don't agree to the updates you are in "violation of your lease" and have to move out. Warning: We had our car towed because they decided to wait 9 days after it snowed to finally plow the parking lot and wouldn't just plow around our car despite us telling them (before they decided to plow the lot) we were out of town. If you do decide to move here, read the lease and handbook very carefully. Needless to say, I do not recommend.
