Samantha, the manager, and Catelyn, assistant manager, are incredible in their positions and I’m so grateful they work here. They are punctual in taking care of us residents and they helped save my butt when I lost my phone. Honestly great people and great place here at Equinox
Roaches, mice, water issue, pool is disgusting can’t even swim in it it’s been closed the entire summer probably due to the ongoing water issue, there’s been 4 different management companies since I’ve lived here, washers and dryers always broke, security doors broke, good luck on getting a garage or a work order handled promptly. People steal packages, the list goes on and on.

Incredibly slow in getting maintenance out to people’s apartments for issues. I currently have a work order that has sat unanswered for almost 3 months now. Originally rented here largely because of the outdoor pool (which is why I assumed rent was expensive here) but the pool has been under maintenance the entire spring/summer thus far. Very thin walls where you can practically hear your neighbors entire conversations. The water has shut off in my building no less than 3 times in the last month, and when it gets turned back on, the water is brown and has to be ran for like 30 minutes before it goes back to normal. This has left me with dirt stuck to the bathtub that I had to heavily clean to remove it. Additionally, when I moved in, there were some missing covers for my units heaters that I was told would be installed within a week, they have not been installed and I have yet to hear back regarding this. This place should legitimately be at least partially refunding rent to its tenants as the leasing company has not held up their end of the bargain even slightly.
Mice in the buildings, slow to respond to maintenance, quick to raise rents...

I lived here for 10 months, I had to escrow my rent to get them to take any action over the needed repairs and ended up being able to end my lease. The tub was sticky and tacky to the touch. We could not clean it at all. We had endless maintenance troubles in building 2520, my apartment had 4 separate pinhole leaks in the radiators over the course of the winter, which caused moldy carpet and leaks large enough to be dripping in the apartment below. They only replace the bare minimum pipe but don't replace the other sections which will continue to fail. The water for the building was shut off for repairs on a regular basis. I saw the carpet repair and water damage restoration maintenance truck there at least once a week the entire winter. There were also undisclosed cockroaches which was a direct violation of the pest addendum. Don't let them tell you otherwise, they know there are cockroaches there. They have a pest guy come every single Wednesday and treat. If none of that scared you away, there's always trash everywhere and not enough dumpsters, the laundry is always broken and leaking all over the floor. The hot water was out for almost a week in December. Nobody should have to live like this, this building should be condemned. Artisan management does not reply to any calls at all, the main office people are okay but because artisan management does not respond so there's only so much they can do. All the main office people that worked there when we moved in quit. Save yourself a headache and do not rent here, avoid artisan management at all costs. Artisan management will probably reply to this with some generic message saying to call them, but they don't answer the phone.
