- BMboogey manMay 20, 20261.0DO NOT move here!! this place is a JOKE and my worst rental experience. it seems nice until they increase your rent every few months for absolutely nothing. they don’t even have washer/dryer units to be paying this much. they have MICE all throughout the apartment, and once you report it they will take THEIR TIME to get pest control in your unit. they also have roaches on the 2nd floor, in apartments AND hallways. people smoke right on the benches so as soon as you walk outside, you’re hit with cigarette smoke. it smells like cigarettes up and down the halls. the kids that live here run a circus, they will kick and bang on your door and take off running and the parents do absolutely nothing about it. they do NOT work with you if you’ve always paid rent/utilities on time but may be a day or 2 late for rent. management is very picky and choosy with who can do what! DONT waste your time applying or touring. There are WAY BETTER places than this to rent at.
