  I loved living here for the past 2 years. It was a spacious one bedroom with plenty of closet space for someone who's got so much stuff. The kitchen & bathrooms aren't updated but work well enough. The AC is nice & cold in the summer in the living room. The neighbors are nice & quiet, the community is peaceful & safe to walk my dog every day. Maintainence is always quick & luckily rarely needed, I've only needed them maybe 3x. Anna is great at communication & knows everything about the property. The gym is small but works for someone who's got basic fitness needs and is rarely used. The indoor pool is large & well kept. The party room is spacious & updated - installing a stove though would be a nice plus! 2 major apartment updates were made during my time there, the laundry rooms & hallway carpets were updated. This tells me they are investing in the complex & continue to see value in making these changes for the tenants. The only things I didnt like was living on the 2nd floor was sooo hot in the summer in the bedroom because the AC in the living room doesn't reach it. The bedroom temp becomes totally unbearable.. but there is a built in fan so that was helpful at night at least. This isnt really something they could control though as I've had the same issue in other apartments. Also after my 1st yr living here, my rent increased by $150. After my 2nd year when renewal terms were offered, it only increased by $20 (which I didnt accept since I was moving out for other reasons). Not sure if this is others experience as well. I could see myself continuing to live here for a few more years but I only left because I was moving in with my partner. So it was definitely bittersweet leaving this place. Originally I choose this place because of all the 5 star reviews & I stand with & agree on the reviews.

  The management on site is fabulous. Any problems I had were resolved quickly. I only moved because I was getting married and my husband needed to be close to work. I miss my apartment already. I would highly recommend this building to anyone who likes quiet, respectful neighbors and a central location with lots of good shopping and conveniences.
