  Did my tour today of the place and it was amazing and the lady in the office was so caring and took great care of the building I decided to apply and I got approved just a bit ago !! Cannot wait to start my new journey.

  Kim is one of the most amazing managers i have met, she is kind and is there to help no matter what. She is always there with a smile and a treat for my son who loves to visit her. The grounds are beautiful and safe, plus in the center of small town Rosemount.

  absolutely love living here! Kim and Joe are amazing and are extremely time efficient. the community is amazing as well, highly recommend!

  We currently have no maintenance person and the dog bins were full. Thanks to Kristine and Lera for jumping out into the freezing weather to take care of it for us! Great job ladies!

  I really can't speak to the validity of the previous negative review. Maybe that resident did experience these things. I don't know and it's none of my business. But you might want to take that review with a grain of salt if you're considering moving in here. What I can say is that my experience with maintenance and management in the past 3 years has been significantly different than the description in that review. Kristen (and Lera before her) have been nothing but the paragon of professionalism. I've had zero issues with them. You get the feeling that she genuinely cares about keeping Waterford Commons a great place to live. From what I've seen, Pat does a great job in maintenance. I've never had a issue that went longer that 24 hours without being resolved. These are some the main reasons why I keep renewing my lease.
