  We love living here! Not only is it beautiful with a ton of amenities, but management is so nice and helpful!. Common spaces are always clean and the apartments are very quiet. You don't hear much at all after 10 PM which is quiet time. If you're looking for a place in the area I highly recommend!

  I had a really great experience moving in! Patti was super helpful and made everything really easy from start to finish. The apartment is nice, the amenities are great, and the office staff are all really friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience here so far!

  worst ran apartment complex!!! I am honestly extremely disappointed with how this entire situation has been handled. What started as a place I genuinely wanted to live has turned into one of the most frustrating and upsetting rental experiences I’ve ever had. I originally applied and was denied because of old rental charge-offs. I have since paid those charges off in full, and that was the entire reason I decided to re-apply. I was willing to take the necessary steps to correct the issue and try again. After re-applying, I was denied for a completely different reason — income — even though my income has not changed. At this point, it feels like there is always another reason to deny my application, and when I try to get clarification, communication suddenly disappears. The most disappointing part of this experience has been dealing with Patty in the leasing office. In my personal experience, she has been extremely unprofessional, rude, condescending, and disrespectful. When things don’t go as smoothly as the leasing office wants them to, it feels like she completely goes ghost rather than actually communicating with the applicant and explaining what is happening. Applicants are spending their time, money, and energy applying for a home. The absolute least you should receive in return is basic professionalism, respect, and communication. A property can be beautiful, but that means very little when the leasing office makes you feel like you’re being treated as an inconvenience. I genuinely do not understand how a property can have such a disrespectful and condescending leasing experience and think that’s acceptable. I would strongly encourage management to take a serious look at how applicants and potential residents are being treated. The property should not have a leasing office that communicates with people this way. I was genuinely excited about the possibility of living here, which makes this experience even more disappointing. After everything that has happened, I would absolutely not recommend this property based on my personal experience with the leasing office.

  the apartment itself is beautiful, I loved the amenities, neighborhood, and overall the property. unfortunately, my experience with the leasing process and managers was really disappointing. I took two different tours of the property by two different women, my first experience was nice. but meeting with the leasing manager patty was a little uncomfortable. right off the bat before our tour even started she was almost arguing with a tenant about the leasing process on the phone. the tour alone was fine, but I was heavily encouraged into applying by patty. after talking with her I was given the impression that I was going to "be approved with flying colors" and that I would hear back from her that same day. instead I was denied the same day which was really disappointing. I wanted to reach out to patty after the denial because I didn't agree with it, but after I got the denial patty completely switched up in terms of communication. I have called numerous times, sent emails, and have made multiple attempts to get in contact with her, and I have received essentially NO follow-up. it has been over two weeks now of me and my partner trying to get ahold of her but she still hasn't returned any of my calls or emails. I understand that applications can be denied and not everyone will be approved. but what I found hurtful and unprofessional was being strongly encouraged to apply and was given the impression that my approval was pretty much guaranteed, only to be denied then completely ignored when I try to get clarification by patty. again the property itself is amazing but unfortunately, my leasing experience left a very bad impression on me. beautiful apartments don't make up for poor management and communication. I wouldn't rely on on the leasing process or anything said by Patty unfortunately.
