  the apartment itself is beautiful, I loved the amenities, neighborhood, and overall the property. unfortunately, my experience with the leasing process and managers was really disappointing. I took two different tours of the property by two different women, my first experience was nice. but meeting with the leasing manager patty was a little uncomfortable. right off the bat before our tour even started she was almost arguing with a tenant about the leasing process on the phone. the tour alone was fine, but I was heavily encouraged into applying by patty. after talking with her I was given the impression that I was going to "be approved with flying colors" and that I would hear back from her that same day. instead I was denied the same day which was really disappointing. I wanted to reach out to patty after the denial because I didn't agree with it, but after I got the denial patty completely switched up in terms of communication. I have called numerous times, sent emails, and have made multiple attempts to get in contact with her, and I have received essentially NO follow-up. it has been over two weeks now of me and my partner trying to get ahold of her but she still hasn't returned any of my calls or emails. I understand that applications can be denied and not everyone will be approved. but what I found hurtful and unprofessional was being strongly encouraged to apply and was given the impression that my approval was pretty much guaranteed, only to be denied then completely ignored when I try to get clarification by patty. again the property itself is amazing but unfortunately, my leasing experience left a very bad impression on me. beautiful apartments don't make up for poor management and communication. I wouldn't rely on on the leasing process or anything said by Patty unfortunately.

  Patti was a blessing! Was able to tour the apartment and move in within 2 days! She was also able to help get my keys and move in before a flight! She worked miracles! I look forward to making this my new home.

  Excellent amenities. Management is great—keeps place clean and is quick to fix anything that comes up.

  Love this apartment complex. Just moved in- Patti in the leasing office is excellent. The whole team has been great since moving in too. Highly recommend!

  Clean, cozy, quiet, and amazing. I love the amenities, the smells, the layout. Everyone’s so kind here, very helpful :))) I love living here
