  I do not live in this community, but in the model homes I noticed the attention to detail wasn’t great. The homes do, however have very functional layouts, but overall there are better builders out there for the same price point.

  We’re so excited and happy to finally move into our new home, the project went well and everything looks great. The Pulte Home team were great to work with and addressed all our concerns quickly. The walk through inspection was great, the Foreman worked with us to make sure we understood everything and went out of his way for us and continues to support us as needed. Closing was quick and we were able to move in early then extended. Thanks to everyone at Pulte Homes Chuck

  All of our services from purchasing through closing we excellent. The only issues, if you can even call them that, were due the time of year that the home was constructed. It was constructed during the winter months so it would be unfair to rate items such as driveway & sod installation not being done at the time of closing on Pulte. We were fully in the loop as to when these items would happen and were pleased that they kept us aware of these items and feel fully confident that they will happen as weather permits. Cheryl Mourning, Sales and Brien Galileo on the Construction Side have been wonderful to work with and my husband and I would like to fully recommend them should you have the opportunity to purchase a home from Pulte. On the finance side, similarly Allison Stein answered all of our questions in a timely fashion and helped us completely with any questions we had. All in all it has been a great experience!

  We're very happy with our new build home with Pulte. Robb, Sales Consultant, was knowledgeable and patient during our stressful selling/buying process. Brien, Construction Manager, was terrific during our walk through and post-sale questions. Zac, our Customer Care Manager has been very helpful and thorough. The neighborhood is so well thought-out. Very happy!
