- GSGreg SFeb 19, 20251.0Worst Home Owners Association EVER. All of the homes in the Aster Mill neighborhood are in an HOA. Homeowners must obtain approval before making significant changes to their property and this HOA will stonewall you til the cows come home. This HOA is not helpful in resolving any issues and loves to stall any projects or improvements that you may want to make to your property. Leave your garbage can out for more than 24 hrs however and you will receive a notice in the mail within a few days. Good luck current and future residents of Aster Mill, your voice will not be heard as there are no monthly or quarterly meetings on the calendar and no communication from the board to the residents whatsoever.
