I had an appointment set up to move in at 11 AM. I got to the office 15 minutes early and they told me I could do my paperwork so I did that and then once I actually got to my apartment I walked into Maintenance still having all of their stuff scattered everywhere, still painting, and still trying to hang the new blinds and all the windows were open, so I shut the windows and turned on the AC just for one of the maintenance guys to walk back in and tell me that my AC did let work And that they weren’t really sure if it worked The night before I moved in. My apartment was also very dirty and damaged after their so-called renovations that they made to my apartment so that it was moving ready. It was nowhere near move-in, ready. My baseboards were yellow with a bunch of filth on them. The doors are all scratched dirty, and damaged while some of it could potentially be beware and tear. Most of it is not. I then only had that specific day to move in because I have to work the next day so I had to go to the property manager and she told me that she would call them and get all their stuff out and then gave me a $25 visa gift card for the events that have occurred that day while telling me that they would be out as soon It took them another hour to an hour and a half to actually leave my apartment so that I could fully move in then they had one portable AC set up in my whole apartment. My apartment was sitting at 85°F then when I was cleaning up my room and putting everything in its place, I noticed that my heat valve looked to be on, but I hadn’t touched it all day and neither had any of my friends so I went over to feel the heat registered to see if anything was coming out and it was coming out and the heat valve was sitting at 75° so I tried to turn it of and it was broken so not only did I not have AC my heat was running in my apartment so my apartment was never able to cool down. I then got in contact with their emergency maintenance line and was told that they would correct the work order as soon as they see it at there earliest convenience thankfully I got someone to come out and shut off my breaker so the heat would turn off and they also brought another portable AC for my room because I live in a two bed two bath so the one portable AC wasn’t gonna do anything. I was also told that my whole AC unit needs to be replaced and they don’t know the timeline on that, but they’re hoping soon. I then went and talked to the property manager a little earlier than when I moved in, and when they were still in here, trying to pick all And I said if they’re still painting, isn’t there a 24 to 48 hour flip. And she told me no there is not because we buy the super special paint that’s $200 a gallon that allows you to move in without all the paint fumes mind you it still smells like paint in here and I’m immune compromised so it’s not very good for my immune system. They were not very accommodating with anything and the property manager basically told me that there was nothing she could do but I could send A written response to her of everything that went on and she would send it then to her manager because I am unable to have her manager’s email to email her myself Overall, it was the worst experience I’ve had moving into an apartment, especially when I had concerned and was just kind of brush off Passively aggressively talk to you about the things that were wrong. I got told we’re only human and we all make mistakes which I totally understand because mistakes happen, but these weren’t mistakes these were things I didn’t get cleaned and taken care of like it’s supposed to before someone would move in

Pros: In unit washer/dryer Keyless entry Cons: Near the end of September 2021 there was a fire in an adjacent apartment to mine. My entry way sprinkler went off and later that week management notified me that my apartment would need to be inspected for water damage. I came home on October 29th to my kitchen and most of my bathroom floors being removed without any notification to me, my cat was traumatized, and dust was coating my entire apartment. I resigned my lease with the assumption that my floors would be reinstalled in a timely manner, but nearly 6 months later when I vacated there were still no floors in my apartment or the hallway. I asked for a rent reduction due to the inconvenience, but instead, they raised my rent. Several months later in January 2022 my downstairs neighbor became convinced that I was his ex girlfriend. He attempted to break into my apartment several times and would wait outside my apartment door when I was at work. Police identified the man and I was told over the phone by management that they had dealt with him before. However, the day after his final break in attempt when I called management to see if there were any break in attempts that I hadn’t witnessed, I was told that events I hadn’t witnessed were confidential and they could only confirm via security footage what I had experienced. Management claimed that his stalking was “out of character for him” despite what they had told me the previous night. I was also told he would not be evicted, even after I had filed a restraining order against him. On my move in day I was given the code and apartment number to someone else’s apartment and was forced to move in the following day. The apartments themselves are rather cheaply made. The dishwasher barely functioned and I usually had to rewash dishes, my towel hook fell off the wall, when I moved in the drains were clogged, etc. I would recommend moving literally anywhere else.

Love living here! They have extremely nice apartments, a safe and positive community, and excellent management! Jacquelyn is always in the office when I have a question, as the office hours are really convenient.
