  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I want future renters to know what my experience was. My fiancé and I rented here from 2025–2026. We enjoyed living here and took pride in leaving the apartment in great condition. Before moving out, we spent over nine hours cleaning and attended the final walkthrough specifically so we could fix anything that needed attention before turning in our keys a week early. During the walkthrough, we were told there were only a few minor issues—two small wall holes, one scuff mark, and two cabinets that needed wiping. We accepted we’d likely be charged for those repairs, and the property manager even commented that it was one of the cleanest units she’d seen. That’s why it was surprising to receive only $81 back from our $500 deposit. After three unanswered emails, I finally went to the office in person to get an explanation. I was given a list of additional cleaning charges for items that were never mentioned during the walkthrough, so we never had the chance to correct them ourselves. In the end, the nine-plus hours we spent cleaning saved us very little. If you’re renting here, I would simply recommend asking for a detailed, written list of every item that must be corrected before turning in your keys, rather than assuming the walkthrough reflects the final charges. I wish someone had given me that advice.

  Our family has lived here over a year and we've been through all of the seasons. It's been an absolute joy to live here and Melissa and Rey are the best! It's refreshing to see a manager who cares as much about a place as you do and treats it as such (like the pool). Whenever we've had any issues or questions, I've always gotten a quick response. I would recommend if you're having trouble with the phone to call back later that day, sometime it routes to the corporate voicemail instead of the location specific one. Overall, we definitely would recommend this place, and have!
