  Great apartments the staff was great as well very respectful I was greeted by Emmanuel Edwards great leasing agent, great guy very professional beautiful apartment but highly recommend.

  I’ve had a great experience at this apartment complex. The management team is responsive and genuinely cares about residents, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently.The property is always clean and well-maintained, and I really appreciate the amenities—especially the gym and shared spaces. What stands out most is how safe and welcoming the community feels. Overall, I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

  I recently had the pleasure of touring Eastgate Apartments in Rochester, MN, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience—especially thanks to Eugene. From start to finish, Eugene was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. You can tell he truly cares about helping people find the right place to call home. The apartments themselves are in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The overall atmosphere of the community felt safe, quiet, and inviting.   I recently had a wonderful apartment viewing at Eastgate apartments with my fiancé & honestly could not be happier with my experience. Our leasing agent Emmanuel was very positive & patient with our questions, he didn’t make us feel rushed which is a huge deal these days, when it comes to buying your next home. He was very genuine, knowledgeable, kind, and patient with us. He was truly passionate & trustworthy about finding something terrific and wholesome. Our search is finally over, We were able to find us an affordable apartment that was clean, well cared for, spacious, with hardwood floors, wide walk in closets, an elevator and breathtaking views right in the heart of Rochester. The perfect fit for our sweet little family to take a leap of faith for a big bright future.
