- SHSeanacy HillSep 9, 20205.0We have lived at Beach South for going into our second year and I wish I could rate it a 10/5! It’s the absolute best place I’ve lived. This week we were having issues with our water heater leaking, and the maintenance team were here within an hour of our request and it was replaced by the end of the day. I was shocked by the speed! I would highly recommend this complex. They go above and beyond for each of us and it shows daily.

We've had a couple maintenance requests that have been attended to within 24 hours of the request - that's SO different from our last place. The closets are all huge, the laundry room in our townhouse is nice, and the staff has all been really attentive.

It's also right off 100, so it's easy to get around, and it's not far from the Robbinsdale downtown area too, so it's in a good location.
- LYLa YangJun 11, 20172.0Property was nice. I rented a 2 bedroom for $850 (6 years ago), I see it's 1000+, now!!! I had a downstairs neighbor who complained a lot, and we were barely home! At the time we had to pay a monthly fee for parking on the apartment property ($40), we never got one, but i recently drove by and now see that it is free parking now. We use to have to park almost 2 blocks away just to get home. I lived on 3rd floor and summer time it was hot and winter time it was cold. There were no thermostat to adjust temperature. But, it was a very spacious apartment. Also I was told that for complimentary, they will paint an accent wall in the kitchen, I choose my color and they never did anything!
