- BLBarbara LongMar 12, 20205.0We are starting on our third year here at Grainwood and I would say things are going good. Our first year we had a few complaints but it has steadily gotten better. Malia has been a god send since day one. She has helped me with ever complaint or problem I have had. She is always courteous and helpful. This year we got a new manager Ranell and I think she has been a great addition. CJ was added to the team and has brought joy and sunshine wherever he goes. He is helpful and kind and takes great care of our needs and goes above and beyond. I am happier now that there are more activities to do and I have gotten to meet a lot of the residents. Every place has its up and downs like rent increases BUT I enjoy living here at Grainwood.
