It is so well kept, maintenance requests are fixed quickly, and it’s relatively quiet for the variety of tenants and pets who live here. Neighbors are friendly and management plans various fun events throughout the year to build community. My dog and cat love it here as well. I frequently use the coworking space as I work from home and it’s nice to catch a break from my pets while sipping a cup of coffee from the free coffee machine. I also take advantage of the gym and enjoy laying by the pool. It does tend to get busy on the weekends, but people are pretty respectful. Management recently created a snack room and I’m excited to check that out as well!
