  After living at Countryside Estates for nearly 3 years I can say that this is a great community! Jay, the property manager, and Tiffany, the caretaker/leasing consultant are amazing and take great pride in the community. The level of care Jay and Tiffany have for their residents and buildings shine through, from the hard work they put into remodeling the buildings inside and out, to keeping the common spaces clean, to yard work and snow removal, and ensuring community security. They're super friendly and treat everyone like part of a big family. As for the buildings and apartments themselves, I'm continually amazed by the quality and value. With only 8 units per floor, I've been able to connect with my neighbors and feel safe. The remodeled kitchen and bathroom, including laminate wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and fancy subway tiled shower surround make me feel like I live in a luxury apartment without the ridiculous cost. The units are sizable, with plenty of cabinets and storage space. All 2nd and 3rd floor units have a large deck perfect for enjoying the outdoors when the weather is nice. The community courtyard is another great space to grill, hang out, and relax in the warmer months, equipped with everything you need for a laid back gathering. Not to mention how awesome it is that the community is dog friendly! Jay always has treats in the office for furry friends. He and Tiffany take pride in maintaining the nicely sized private dog park and empty the multiple dog waste stations regularly. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live! At Countryside Estates you're more than just a number, you're part of a tight knit community!

  Jay the manager is great, he's really easy to talk to when I have a problem or concern. Thank you for that. But the person that really needs to be complimented is Tiffany, the caretaker. She is so dedicated to every little detail from vacuuming, dusting, to sanitizing. And when it snows, she is out there shoveling the sidewalks and steps and she doesn't stop until they are clear, salted and safe. I am so appreciative for everything you guys do. Thank you so much!!

  Toured this lovely property in February. Jay the manager is very kind thoughtful and concerned with the well being of his tenants. Apartment remodel is gorgeous. We are hoping to move there in the early fall if this pandemic ever let's up.
