  Honestly love living here. Management have been great, good communication, maintenance always pretty quick. Traffic noise is nuts but they can't help that.

  The apartments are pricey but I well kept. Quick maintenance, Karina is a wonderful staff member, very welcoming, helpful and professional. My biggest issue is the property manager Rafaela, she takes a long time to respond to emails if she even does respond, had to talk to other staff to solve the issues, also charged me for an animal I don't even own.

  I am giving the apartment complex 2-stars based on pricing, amenities, repairs, and apartment layout. For a two-bedroom, 1 bath, 925sq ft, the price isn't bad. Its spacious and a roof over your head. The building is old, outdated appliances, insufficient Wall-in A/C, and noisy neighbors above. My unit has squeezy flooring as well as above me. For whatever reason, my neighbor's dogs loved running around at 2am. So I would recommend the 3rd floor. I only heard next door neighbor from the bathroom. Amenities are on the light side with only a pool. No community/office area or gym. Repairs are timely in my experience. The choice of A/C unit was concerning. During hot-hot summer days, the Wall-in AC of choice (14kbtu) does not cool down a 925sq ft apartment - not even the living room. Working from home was not a great experience. Overall, it's a short term place. Save some money and get something quieter, updated, and more for your dollar.

  Karina was very sweet when giving my son and I a tour. We can't wait to hopefully make this our home.:)
