- FHFRANKIE HIAMAHApr 10, 20265.0To whom it may concern I am currently a resident of Pheasant Park apartment 101,I have an obligation to appreciate the current Manager of Pheasant park apartments.This lady an an amazing person.Her work is an exceptional.i have lived in Pheasant Park apartment for seven(7)years and I have seen different managers work however,Chelsea’s and her team are amazing.I really appreciate her services to the residents.Many residents speak out truth in a positive way about her work Residents compared her work with other past managers,, she comes out the best.We love her so much as manager.She cares about our living in this apartment.Thank God that we have a good manager.

Left a voicemail and never heard back from them. Should have looked at the reviews before I wasted my time scheduling.
- WDWuffler DanceFeb 28, 20191.0The management never deals with neighbors smoking....even when multiple residents complain of their apts visibly filling with smoke and making them smell and cough from the same neighbor Their full time caretaker coleen takes all day to do basic cleaning that ive seen the old parttime girl we had for a while do in 2 hours on weekends before they fired her cause she wasnt willing to risk her paying fulltime job to get hardly any money to be available to make up for the fulltime weekly caretaker responsibilities Hallways always stink of who knows what. They raise the prices to compete with the prices of nicer apts in the neighborhood evwn though they havent even fixed the vents in the hallways in years so its always hot and reeks The manager is finally moving away but who knows if the next one they put in will be any better...dont move here
