  When we first moved to these apartments, they were just fine. Not spectacular, but fine for the price and location. However once Steven-scott took over ownership, it became a terrible place to live. ZERO communication from the office. We would have to ask about things multiple times, if we could even get ahold of anyone or the office was open. They would CONSTANTLY shut down the pool (the last year we lived there, it was shut down for a total of MONTHS because people can't manage to control their children and so they would just shut down the entire pool/gym area instead of punishing those who actually caused the problems) we had HORNETS IN OUR BEDROOM CEILING. The exterminator said it was one of the biggest nests he had ever seen, and it took almost 3 weeks of emails, calls, in person complaining and finally threats of withholding rent before they actually sent anyone to even look at it /take care of the problem. Meanwhile I had dozens of hornets just pouring into my apartment each day. Hallways and parking lots littered with garbage and smelled awful. They re-did our balconies....it took the entire summer/most of the fall so do them. The original company that did them didn't finish the job. So they hired two young men who were EXTREMELY unprofessional to finish the job. They swore and fought the entire time they were working on it and then they did a terrible job. Our railing wasn't installed properly (we were on the third level) and even when we complain to the office about this, we were told to submit photos and it would be fixed....it never was. We weren't able to use our patio for an entire summer. Honestly it's the worst place we've lived. No communication, dirty, zero help from management, just awful. I recommend living anywhere else in the area. So happy we left.

  Not a great experience at these apartments, the staff was great, but the Roaches eventually were the reason I moved out, dealt with these critters for 7 months with no end in sight. Maintenance was not great either 1st floor plumbing is something I m glad I don’t have to deal with anymore.
